Blue Signal LLC ("Blue Signal," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of Base Coaching (basecoach.fit), is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information obtained through our Platform. 2.1 Information You Provide Directly: We collect information you voluntarily submit, including: full name; email address; date of birth; biological sex; height; body weight and weight history; goal weight; phone number; timezone; physical limitations and injury history; meal logs and dietary data; and workout logs and performance data.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically: When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect: IP address; browser type and version; device type and operating system; pages visited and time spent on the Platform; and referring URLs.

2.3 Authentication Data: Account credentials are managed through Supabase, a third-party authentication and database provider. We do not store plaintext passwords.

We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and coaching services; (b) personalize your coaching experience and track your progress; (c) communicate with you regarding your program, check-ins, and account; (d) process payments and manage billing; (e) comply with legal obligations; and (f) improve the Platform and develop new features.

Where required by applicable law, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver coaching services you have purchased); legitimate interests (to operate and improve the Platform); and your consent (where explicitly provided).

5.1 We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5.2 We may share your information with: (a) Service Providers — third-party vendors who assist in operating the Platform, including Supabase (data storage and authentication) and payment processors, each bound by confidentiality obligations; (b) Legal Requirements — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government authority; and (c) Business Transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all assets of Blue Signal LLC, in which case your data may be transferred to the successor entity.

We retain your personal information for the duration of your active coaching relationship and for a period of up to one (1) year following termination or cancellation of services, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security on our database, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your personal information; (d) object to or restrict certain processing of your data; and (e) withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including the Base Coaching Shop (Amazon affiliate links) and bluesignalllc.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

The Base Coaching Shop contains affiliate links to Amazon.com. Blue Signal LLC may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
